Elite Cosmetology, Barber & Spa Academy ETPL
Students will learn natural and artificial nail care. They will complete 600 hours of training with 45 percent available distance education. Some hours will be hands on and some in theory (book work). After hours are completed, student will receive a certificate of completion and then will take the two-part state exam - practical and written.
