The Master of Science in Applied Mathematics Program is a graduate program designed to meet the growing demand for graduates with advanced analytical skills. The programs primary focus is on placing graduates into high paying jobs in the private sector, although the degree is also suitable for graduates seeking employment as community college math instructors or those pursuing doctoral studies in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or related fields.The program is open to any graduate with a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or related field. Graduates with other math-intensive degrees such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics can apply if you have at least the equivalent of a minor in Mathematics.
