Designed for seasoned project managers, this project management certification course takes you beyond an introduction of key fundamentals to deepen your understanding and practical application of project management tools, methods, and processes. Throughout this Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam prep course, you will work through the project life cycle—from building a business case to closing down a project.
