Prerequisite courses and other requirements

Minimum qualifications must be clearly stated and applied in a nondiscriminatory manner [WAC 296-05-015(17)]. Minimum of 16 years of age. Enrolled in high school or an alternative school covered by the Wenatchee School District. This is provided the applicant has not yet received their high school diploma or its equivalency. OR Enrolled in SkillSource Open Doors Program and/or SkillSource Federal Title I Youth Program working toward or having already earned their high school diploma or its equivalency. Must be able to meet the requirements of the trade with or without reasonable accommodations. Applicants must submit the following with their application: a cover letter, resume, and at least one letter of recommendation.
