The Complete Project Manager with CAPM® and PMP® Prep course is designed for seasoned project managers—providing you with a strong grasp of project management from start to finish. You will cover a good foundation of project management concepts and terminology, before deepening your understanding and practical application of project management tools, methods, and processes. Throughout the project management training, you will learn through a life cycle approach—meaning you will work through the project life cycle, from building a business case to closing down the project. By doing so, you will understand how all the concepts interrelate and how decisions made in the early stages of the project form the foundation for executing, controlling, and ultimately closing it. This course bundle consists of the Project Management Essentials with CAPM® Prep and Mastering Project Management with PMP® Prep courses. It is based on the current Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), which establishes the international standard regarding the project management discipline. This project management course meets or exceeds the requirements for those interested in the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and PMP certifications. You must schedule and pay for the CAPM and PMP certification exams on your own after course completion. If you are already certified, the contact hours may be applied for the PMP exam education prerequisite or as professional development units (PDUs). PMP, Project Management Professional, Project Management Professional (PMP), PMBOK, PgMP, PMI-RMP, CAPM, PMI-SP, PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) and the PMI REP Logo are registered marks of the Project Management Institute.
