This is a Fire Officer Development Academy class that teaches aspiring officers how to instruct and train at the highest level in the fire service. Instruction is focused on lesson plan building, presentation skills, teaching/learning theory, and classroom management. Student will receive an IFSAC Certification upon successful completion.
