The Landscape and Restoration Horticulture Associate of Technical Arts degree provides students with a solid foundation of technical knowledge and hands-on skills in the fields of both landscape management and restoration horticulture. Further study in both traditional landscape and innovative restoration techniques includes pest identification and management, irrigation, arboriculture, restorative design, and re vegetation practices such as green roofs and bioswales. Graduates are prepared to work for landscape firms, grounds departments, municipal parks, public gardens, and other agencies that manage both landscapes and native habitats.
