Washington Care Academy offers comprehensive 75-hour Home Care Aide (HCA) training, equipping aspiring caregivers with the essential skills to attain their HCA Certificate. Our program, approved by the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), is designed as an engaging and interactive online course. Through a carefully crafted curriculum, participants gain a deep understanding of core caregiving principles, including Core Basics, Population-Specific care, Nurse Delegation, and specialized training in Dementia (Level 1) and Mental Health (Level 1). Our commitment is to provide a dynamic learning experience that not only meets regulatory standards but also empowers caregivers with the knowledge and expertise needed for compassionate and effective care.
