Students will discuss various types of exterior finish materials and installation procedures, then practice exterior finishing. Students will review drywall properties and proper installation and finishing procedures. Students will be introduced to suspended ceiling components and installation procedures. The class will discuss green building practices and their importance and impact on the construction industry. Emphasis will be placed on following safe working procedures. Lab date schedule will be provided at the beginning of the quarter. Scheduled dates may be adjusted at instructor's discretion.
