The State Short Certificate of Specialization - Administration of ECE is designed to meet the Washington State licensing requirements for people interested in becoming administrators of licensed early learning programs. Credits for all courses, with the exception of ECED 139, can be applied to the 47 credit Early Childhood Education State Certificate of Achievement and the 90 credit Early Childhood Education, AA and Early Childhood Education, AAS-T Degree.
