Emergency Medical Technician

This intensive course is designed to prepare participants in all phases of pre-hospital emergency care. Participants will be educated and prepared for the National Registry EMT examination (NREMT) upon successful completion of the course and eligible for Washington State EMT certification once affiliated with a recognized Washington State BLS provider. Content includes lecture and hands-on practice in pre-hospital medication administration, trauma management, soft tissue injuries, environmental emergencies, lifting and moving patients, infectious disease education, emergency childbirth, and other topics.
