This course will train the instructor in basic instructional methods needed to teach in the Cosmetology, Barber, Nail and Esthetics courses. The state mandated hours are 500 hours and this program was designed greater than the required hours to include personal development. Objective: To prepare students for an entry level position in the field of teaching for subject matters related to the beauty industry. The Instructor Training course consists of various topics and subjects related to the theoretical and practical (hands on) aspects needed to prepare a person to teach in the field of cosmetology or related studies.
