The program offers experienced midwives and other qualified maternal-child health professionals the opportunity to earn a graduate degree from a respected regionally accredited university. With its focus on interdisciplinary and community partnerships, deepening knowledge and developing skills to promote critical analysis, this program prepares graduates to be knowledgeable and innovative leaders in maternity care systems change. Graduates are prepared for influential positions in education, research, policymaking, program management and advocacy with the aim of creating equitable and human-centered models of care to improve the health of women and children.
