Minimum age: Must be 21 years old. However, 18 year olds may also enter the program with the understanding that employment possibilities will be limited to intra state only, and no hazardous materials will be transported.
Posses a valid WA state drivers license
Show proof of Social Security number to DOL
Secure Funding (Worksource, DVR, L&I, Personal Finance, etc…)
Complete Pegasus CDL, Inc. Enrolment Application, Must have a High School Diploma OR pass Ability to Benefit Test with a minimum of 70%.
Submit MVR (Moving Violations Report)
Obtain DOT Physical
