Fire Science

Wenatchee Valley College
The Associate of Technical Science in Fire Science provides individuals interested in emergency services with entry-level training. It includes classes in general education and technical studies. Coursework includes beginning, intermediate and advanced fire science, hazardous materials, tactics, building construction, pumper operations and wildland firefighter classes. Industry certification will be issued according to national standards.
