Prepares individuals to meet requirements for working with children from birth through age eight. This program is designed to meet Washington State standards and requirements as well as those recommended by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. There is an emphasis on a blend of theory, research and learning principles with applied practices. This program has a strong emphasis on field experiences offered throughout the curriculum.
