A short-term training program for entry-level and reentering professionals wanting to update and expand their skill set. Curriculum content was developed with local maritime employers and AJAC (Aerospace Joint Apprenticeship Committee) to ensure industry standards are met. The goals of this program are to prepare individuals for 21st century demands of manufacturing, to provide long-term family wage employment, and to offer educational ladders for graduates.
