A6 Electrical/Electronic Systems

Spokane Community College ETPL
This short-term certificate program introduces students to basic electrical concepts including Ohm's Law, magnetism, analog and digital meters, and test equipment. Students gain practical shop experience in the testing of such equipment such as test lamps, voltmeters and ammeters. Hookup and testing of electronics and electrical components and circuits are also included. This is one stacked certificate included in our associates degree in Automotive Technology. When students complete all stacked certificates, they earn a 2 year associates degree in Automotive Technology. If students wish to take more certificates but less than the requirements for an associates degree, we have shorter certificate options in Automotive Technology.
