This program will focus on the development of administrative skills required to develop, open, operate, manage, and assess early childhood education and care programs while exploring the foundations of early childhood education; developing knowledge and skills to ensure good health, nutrition, and safety of children in group care and education programs; applying best practices for engaging in nurturing relationships with children; and focusing on how to build a functional understanding of the foundation of child development.
