This program will focus on the unique developmental needs of infants and toddlers while exploring the foundations of early childhood education; developing knowledge and skills to ensure good health, nutrition, and safety of children in group care and education programs; applying best practices for engaging in nurturing relationships with children; and focusing on how to build a functional understanding of the foundation of child development.
