This program will teach you how to: evaluate different financing vehicles and decide which to pursue; sort out the roles of different banks as they change and assess the banks ability to serve your company, regardless of its size; establish and manage a portfolio of stocks, bonds and other investment instruments; and prepare for a stock sale for an existing publicly traded company or for an initial public offering.
