Must be at least 18 years of age. High school graduate or GED. Must be physically capable of performing the work of the occupation. Must posses a CDL. Applicants must have completed 12 months as a laborer and/or helper. Credit of up to three months for laborer or helper may be granted for work performed as a water laborer or helper prior to starting formally and joining the water department.
