Prerequisite courses and other requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age. High school graduate or GED. Must be physically capable of performing the work of the occupation. Must have completed 12 months as a Groundman, at least 6 months of which was at Vera. Credit of up to six months may be granted if the individual has completed a committee approved pre-apprenticeship school. Must posses a CDL.
