Commercial Driver Services' mission and purpose is to provide the highest quality of training for commercial truck drivers seeking employment as dump truck operators. CDS will provide the professional instruction necessary for the student to become familiar with the specific procedures and vehicle operation required by the industry. The skills and techniques the student will develop and learn are essential to becoming a competent, safe and productive dump truck driver. The course consists of 20 hours of instruction including 4 hours in the classroom followed by two 8-hour days of hands-on experience delivering live loads to customers and pulling a pup trailer. The 'on-the-job' training experience will prove invaluable as your first step towards mastering the dump truck operations.
