Valid Washington Driver's License. Pass the DOT Physical and Drug Screen Requirements. Valid Social Security Card (work authorization). Copy of 5 year Driving Abstract from Department of Licensing. Proof of High School or GED Diploma. All students will take a pre-admission analysis.
