Ethical leadership is a prominent focus at the School of Business and Management at Northwest University. Managers often face complex decisions. As a Christian university, we help students develop the integrity and competence necessary to make sound business decisions that are also good moral choices. Northwest University has distinct advantages from other schools. Our small size insures that you are an integral part of a learning community, not just a number. In each course, you will engage in experiential learning with your peers. You will be challenged to consider global perspectives. You will develop and refine a variety of relevant management and communication skills. You will learn to think critically about the complexities of leadership. You will become more competent in your ability to decide and take action. Finally, because we are a Christian institution, your learning opportunities will be centered in the context of a distinctive, ethically responsible worldview.
A Bachelor of Arts or Science (or equivalent degree) from a regionally accredited college or university. A minimum of a 3.0 grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale on all previous college work. A qualifying score on the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) (Northwest University Institutional Code #4541). A completed Application packet. International students whose native language is not English must submit a minimum score of 580 on the TOEFL Exam as part of the application process.
