Prerequisite courses and other requirements

Minimum qualifications must be clearly stated and applied in a nondiscriminatory manner [WAC 296-05-015(17)]. At least 18 years of age. Applicants for apprenticeship shall be a high school graduate or have a State Equivalent Certification or have a passing grade on an official high school equivalency test. Able to perform the physical requirements of the occupation, with or without reasonable accommodation. Applicants must possess and provide proof of having a current valid Washington Driver License. Applicants must provide proof of valid automobile insurance. Applicants must pass a drug/alcohol test administered through Drug Free Business in Bothell.
