Minimum qualifications must be clearly stated and applied in a nondiscriminatory manner [WAC 296-05-015(17)]. Not less than 18 years of age at time of application. Physical: Must be able to meet the needs of the trade, with or without reasonable accommodations. Applicant must have a valid Washington State Driver's License. Applicants must be able to write and speak the English language proficiently enough to complete the course of study.
