Minimum qualifications must be clearly stated and applied in a nondiscriminatory manner [WAC 296-05-015(17)]. Minimum age is 18 years. Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Must be able to perform the rigorous manual labor required by trade and have the ability to work safely at high elevations with or without reasonable accommodations. Valid driver's license. Social security card or other proof of I-9 (employment) status.
