Minimum qualifications must be clearly stated and applied in a nondiscriminatory manner [WAC 296-05-015(17)]. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be a high school graduate ore equivalent (posses GED Certificate). Be physically capable of performing the work of this trade, with or without a reasonable accommodation, and without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of the individual or others. Applicant must possess a valid driver's license. Must provide documentation to verify legal working status, a condition of employment, per I-9 requirement. Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in written format, defined as the ability to ask for and fill out the application on the employer's premises without assistance.Is this program approved to train veterans?
