Minimum qualifications must be clearly stated and applied in a nondiscriminatory manner [WAC 296-05-015(17)]. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must be physically able to meet the needs of the trade. Must have one year of Groundman experience on a line crew and must have completed first year training at Camp Rilea with a score of 80 percent or higher. Must have or obtain a valid Washington State Commercial Driver's License class A with air brake endorsement. Must have or obtain a valid applicable first aid card.
