Minimum qualifications must be clearly stated and applied in a nondiscriminatory manner [WAC 296-05-015(17)]. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must be physically able to meet the needs of the trade. Must have or obtain a valid Washington State Driver's License. Must have or obtain a valid applicable first aid card.
