Blueprint Reading Advanced

This course covers blueprint reading using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Topics discussed will include positional tolerance for hole location, profile tolerance for floors, walls and surfaces, and runout and concentricity for hole pairs. Student will learn how to determine whether to accept/reject manufactured items per given GD&T. Six classroom hours plus 6 hours web simulation access for independent practice and review. Prerequisite Basic blueprint reading course or equivalent required.
