This is a one-day class in which Evergreen Safety Council-certified instructors are authorized to issue a Washington State Certified Flagging card upon successful completion of the class and test. This card, which is recognized in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana, is required for flaggers working on WSDOT construction projects. It meets the Dept. of Labor & Industries requirements for WAC 296-155-305, Flagger Training Requirements for Washington state.
