This Certificate of Proficiency program is designed for those who hold degrees from other areas of study and wish to acquire skills in business management and planning, or to improve employment opportunities.

Program Learning Outcomes

  1. Identify basic business management and leadership skills necessary for success in a business environment.
  2. Apply basic accounting information, and quantitative analysis, to support business decision making.
  3. Demonstrate oral and written communication skills as they relate to business & leadership environments.
  4. Apply technology to support basic business information systems.
  5. Demonstrate inclusion when interacting with a variety of individuals.
  6. Develop strategies that foster personal and professional growth.
