Entrepreneurship

Spokane Community College ETPL
The Entrepreneurship Certificate offers a hands-on approach to training our future business leaders and entrepreneurs. Students from all areas of study will participate in a two-quarter business experience where they will create a business from the ground up. College instructors and local business and community leaders guide students through the process of starting and launching a business. Students will master academic material by producing deliverables in an authentic business environment created on the SCC campus.Students entering the program need a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 or the permission of the department chair. Students may not currently be on academic probation. An application to the program needs to be completed followed by an interview by the Entrepreneurship instructors. Completion of a small business planning class is highly recommended before entering the program.
