Accounting Clerk
This certificate is embedded in the Accounting Assistant associate's degree. When students complete the first three quarters of the Accouting Assistant associate's degree, they earn this certificate. Students may also earn this certificate without completing the requirements for the Accounting Assistant associate's degree . All students graduating from this program must have a minimum grade of 2.0 in each of the accounting, economics and general business required courses. Students must also have a 2.0 cumulative minimum grade point average in all required courses in this program. This degree is non-transferable to a four-year university. Students working toward the Associate of Arts for transfer to a four-year institution should consult individually with an adviser or counselor for planning the AA program.
