Medical Assisting

Walla Walla Community College ETPL
The Medical Assisting program must be completed in four quarters of full-time study. These courses will combine cognitive learning and practice of psychomotor and affective skills in classroom and laboratory settings. Clinical training through internships in local outpatient clinics and physician offices will allow students to observe and practice skills gained in the classroom and laboratory in actual healthcare settings. Students who successfully complete the course are eligible to test and certify through the current Medical Assisting credentialing exams.
