There's a constant need for registered nurses in hospitals, clinics, and health care agencies. Highline College's Nursing Program meets this need with a comprehensive curriculum that includes study in nursing theory and practice. You'll gain practical experience through supervised clinical practice in hospitals, long-term care settings, and community health care agencies. This program is approved by the Washington State Nursing Quality Assurance Commission and accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission. After you've earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree, you'll qualify to sit for the Registered Nursing Licensure Examination.
