BA in Film: Screenwriting

Seattle Film Institute

Students selecting the Screenwriting Concentration participate in an intensive program that includes feature screenwriting, writing for television, writing for video games and narrative audio, plus hands-on filmmaking experience in cinematography, editing, and directing actors. The coursework culminates in a unique screenwriting capstone experience where students complete a feature length screenplay. Students will complete coursework in Screenwriting (SCWR), Cinema Studies and Film Arts (CSFA), Production Arts (PROD), and Filmmaking (FILM) as listed in the Seattle Film Institute catalog.
