This work ready certificate program prepares students with knowledge and skills to enter materials and composites industries such as aerospace, military/commercial aircraft, biotech, maritime and transportation, prosthetics, and sporting goods. Instruction covers the properties and manufacturing processes of materials including metals, ceramics, polymers, and fiber reinforced composites.
