Program Overview: This 8‑hour virtual training equips electrical and electronics technologists and technicians with practical, workplace‑ready skills for jobsite communication, documentation, troubleshooting support, and workflow planning. The curriculum focuses on real‑world application of AI‑supported processes aligned with the responsibilities of electrical and electronics technicians (SOC 17‑3023). What Participants Learn: Jobsite communication and shift handoff documentation, troubleshooting summaries and diagnostic planning, workflow sequencing and task organization, safety and compliance communication, digital confidence for field‑based technical roles. Program Outcome: Participants earn a skills‑based Certificate of Completion verifying demonstrated competency in communication, documentation, troubleshooting support, and workflow planning relevant to electrical and electronics technician roles. Delivery Format: Live virtual instruction with demonstrations, guided practice, and job‑relevant scenarios. Training is delivered live in an interactive virtual format and includes demonstrations, guided practice, and job‑relevant scenarios that reflect the daily demands of technical fieldwork. Regional Authorization: Through established reciprocity agreements among Washington, Idaho, Illinois, Missouri, Montana, Oregon, and Utah, Avance Technology Solutions LLC is authorized to serve participants across all seven states.
