This AI Workforce Readiness Training Program delivers short‑format, high‑impact workforce readiness training designed for jobseekers, career changers, and incumbent workers preparing for modern digital workplaces. The curriculum emphasizes practical, hands‑on use of AI‑supported workflows to strengthen job search activities, workplace communication, documentation, productivity, and digital confidence. Participants who complete the program earn a skills‑based Certificate of Completion that verifies demonstrated competency in digital communication, documentation, workflow planning, and AI‑supported problem solving. These skills support employment across multiple occupational pathways, including administrative support, customer service, business operations, technical support, and education support roles. Training is delivered live in a virtual classroom and includes demonstrations, guided practice, and real‑world scenarios relevant to Washington’s workforce. Through reciprocity agreements among Washington, Idaho, Illinois, Missouri, Montana, Oregon, and Utah, Avance Technology Solutions LLC is authorized to serve participants across all seven states.
