Career Counselor
Train as a modern, ethical, and technology-enabled career counselor—combining evidence-based career development frameworks with practical tools like assessments-to-action planning, resume/LinkedIn optimization, inclusive client support, and responsible AI use. Career Counselor course responds to the growing demand for career support that is measurable, equitable, and scalable—preparing you to deliver structured, ethical, and results-oriented interventions while maintaining the human-centered skills that build trust and transformation.
During this career coaching training, you will progress from foundational counseling principles through advanced practice-building and credential readiness. The course blends established career development theories (Trait-Factor, RIASEC, Super’s theories, and SCCT) with modern deliverables, including resumes, personal branding, job search strategy, specialized population support, and responsible artificial intelligence (AI) tool integration with privacy safeguards. This vocational counselor program culminates in a capstone project in which you will design a complete end-to-end career counseling solution for a client or organization—integrating theory, communication, technology, outcomes measurement, and a viable business/monetization plan.
