The Center for Somatic Personal Resonance Education

Somatic Personal Resonance Education
SPRE is the acronym for Somatic Personal Resonance Education. We use the word SOMATIC,because it means from the body, without being separate from the mind. PERSONAL reflectsthat the information is already yours and unique to you. RESONANCE refers to the quality ofbeing alive, vibrational and relational. EDUCATION refers to our Practitioner Training Program. What this means is that your body is showing us the way to help you feel better. The SPRE Practitioner recognizes the body as both a time capsule and a constantly reportingsystem. Understanding how all the body systems function as an expression of a person’s life is part of the foundation of this work. Somatic Personal Resonance includes how to see a person’s structure, its relationship to balance and movement, and how their history is represented from internalized organization to externalized presentation. You will learn: Structural anatomy through the principles of a human tensegrity system ● Somatic Resonance Techniques ● Verbal Attunement Techniques ● To identify structural patterns in self and others ● Stewardship - an ethic that embodies responsibility, planning and management of resources; the careful and responsible management of something entrusted to one’s care

In other cases, the program is too small or too new to provide reliable results.
