The Mat and Reformer Flex Teacher Training Program (MR) provides a thorough education in classical and contemporary Pilates. Itcovers both Pilates Mat and Reformer equipment and provides students with skills to teach up to advanced-level clients on the Matand up to high intermediate-level clients on the Reformer. The program includes anatomy, kinesiology, BASI’s teachingmethodologies, physiology, movement theory, alignment and posture principles, exercise assessment, and the proprietary BASI BlockSystem.
The program consists of 4 academic in person modules and 4.12 hours of online instruction.
