Anvil Welding Instruction

Last updated: 11/2025

Our History Anvil Welding Instruction has its roots going back to 1960 when Waldo Benn founded Welding Apparatus Repair Inc. in a two car garage. For decades, Welding Apparatus Repair Inc was a primary oxy-acetylene regulator and torch repair center throughout the Northwest. Over the years, the business focus changed – progressing to welding inspection and the current welding school. The school was developed to help meet the needs of manufacturing and industry by providing basic to advanced welding training and education Our Passion Our highly skilled and qualified instructors have a passion to provide each student with exceptional welding training and knowledge. Not everyone is college bound as some are more hands-on than others. As a result, our accelerated programs are 90% hands-on welding with the instruction, technology, techniques, and safety practices discussed throughout the course. Our goal is to produce quality students with solid welding skills that will enable them to pursue a successful career in welding.
