Evergreen Elite Medical Academy is a Nursing Assistant Institute Program that prepares students for entry-level employment as Nursing Assistants in healthcare settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living facilities, and home health environments. The program provides instruction in basic nursing skills, personal care, infection control, communication, patient safety, restorative care, and resident rights in accordance with Washington State Board of Nursing (WABON) requirements.
The program includes classroom theory instruction, supervised skills laboratory training, and clinical experience in a licensed healthcare facility. Instruction is delivered through a hybrid format that may include synchronous online theory classes, in-person laboratory practice, and supervised clinical training.
Upon successful completion of the program, students receive a Certificate of Completion and are eligible to apply for the Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification Examination (NNAAP).
