Northwest UBC Floor Layers JATC proudly presents these Standards of Apprenticeship for the occupations described as Floor Layer. Our excellence in construction, leadership, and personal skills development assures our members a pathway to a fulfilling career, and provides our contractor employers with a competitive and productive workforce. These Standards describe our program for training apprentices in tradecraft and professionalism to exceed the expectations of our industry partners and meet the requirements of the Washington State Labor & Industries Apprenticeship Training Council.
