Our Medical Assistant Apprenticeship program is 18 months long which includes a paid, intensive, ten-week class session. After the classroom portion, the apprentices will receive paid on-the-Job training to fully support their transition into the role for the remaining 12-15 months. Apprentices are full-time employees with benefits from the first day of the program and will be eligible to maintain employment beyond the apprenticeship with the organization. (This program is not intended for individuals currently certified as a Medical Assistant with the National Healthcare Association.)
